We understand the problems passengers face, especially women travelling alone at night from bogus unlicensed taxi drivers.

This is why we offer our completely free Text-Back service with your booking. We send a SMS text message to your mobile phone detailing your vehicle make/model, car registration and colour.

You will receive this text message when the taxi is dispatched and also when it arrives at your pick up point. We introduced this service to ensure complete safety for our customers, so they get into the correct vehicle.
